Why donate?

How does it work?
Each month, we visit a brewery or taproom. They give us the first round “on the house” so that you can make a donation to Dads’ Liquid Therapy. We then take all of those funds and make a donation to their charity of choice.

Do I have to donate?
Of course not! We’re a social group. If you don’t feel comfortable donating, feel free to pay for your drinks and just join us to be social (but it’d be a lot cooler if you did donate).

Where does the money go?
Each month’s brewery or taproom usually picks the charitable organization. Sometimes, they let us pick, in which case we usually choose family-focused organizations.

Can I write it off on my taxes?
Yup, all donations (and golf tournament fees) are tax-deductible! We are a 501(3)c non-profit. We can send out receipts for the previous year.

Is the Golf Tournament a donation?
Yes, technically, your team fees are a donation and count as a tax-deductible donation.

What services can I use for my donation?
Currently, we accept Paypal and Venmo as payment options.
